More often than not, houses are built at speed with the contractors only thinking about their bottom line and not what would make for a usable layout.

Alterations include knocking walls down to create larger more open spaces, moving doorways or building a room within a room. We use trusted Structural Engineers at Senior Steel when steel beams are required to visit the site, take dimensions and perform calculations when making structural alterations.
By opening up a living area it can make a property feel bigger than it actually is. This project opened up an extremely confined living area to incorporate it with the kitchen, so that now these customers are able to have an open plan kitchen snug.
